Peckham doesn't need much introduction. The streets between Peckham Rye Park and Rye Lane have become some of South London's most sought-after addresses in the past decade, and we've been in the area the whole time. Bellenden Road, Choumert, Chadwick, the side-streets off Bellenden, we've sold homes on most of them.

Rye Lane is a different kind of high street: the Bussey Building above Khan's Bargains, Frank's Café on top of the multi-storey car park in summer, the Peckham Levels co-working block, and a constant churn of new openings. Five minutes the other way and you're in Peckham Rye Park.
