How to raise a complaint
Please put your complaint in writing, by post or email, with as much detail as possible.

What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within three working days.
- A formal written outcome of our investigation will follow within fifteen working days.
- If you remain dissatisfied, a senior member of staff will conduct an independent in-house review.
- If, after our final viewpoint, you are still dissatisfied, you may refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman.
