Residential sales & lettings

We have been representing some of London’s finest homes since 2004 and have an intimate knowledge of the city’s well-known buildings. Architect-designed houses, warehouse conversions, lofts, new-build apartments. Each instruction is a creative brief, not just a listing.

Sales and lettings are handled personally by Huw from valuation through to completion. There is no separate progressor and no rotating team.

Our new homes department offers considerable experience to developers, in a consulting capacity from the earliest stage of a project. Whether you are bringing a single property to market or a multi-unit scheme, we can advise on pricing, functionality, design and specification, and represent the development through to completed sales.
