Our brief was to track down the owner who was based in Malaysia and ascertain whether he was interested in selling the Freehold interest to this property. A deal was agreed to purchase the property unconditionally, contracts exchanged and an application has just been submitted to replace the existing property with a A3 restaurant on ground floor and luxury apartments above.
